At L.L. Bradford, Mark Borgen is a manager in the audit department, where his work has focused primarily on public company audits.  Throughout his seven years of public accounting experience, Mark has also worked in a variety of other areas, including tax and consulting.  This diversity has proven to be very beneficial to Mark’s audit clients, as he is able to help them be more profitable by fully utilizing all available deductions and credits.

Born and raised in northern Minnesota, Mark graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.  He went on to work for a regional accounting firm in North Dakota and Minnesota, where he was until joining L.L. Bradford in 2008.  Mark is a licensed CPA in both Nevada and North Dakota.

As Audit Manager at L.L. Bradford, Brian Provenzano’s expertise focuses within the public sector.  He specializes in the gaming, hospitality, real estate and construction industries.  Throughout his public accounting experience, Brian has worked in advisory services such as management and financial consulting.  His deep knowledge in both strategic and financial strategies makes Brian a valuable contributor to the firm’s clientele.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, Brain relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2003.  He began his public accounting career with a regional accounting firm where then he went on to Ernst & Young, LLP in a supervisory position.  Soon after, Brian joined L.L. Bradford in 2011.

Brian holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance from Oakland University and is a licensed CPA in the State of Nevada.  He also holds an Executive MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

As Consulting Manager at L.L. Bradford, Tracee Gress is tasked with assisting all clients with their accounting needs. With professional experience ranging from store manager responsible for $42 million in sales to controller, Tracee’s skill-set has grown to include aspects from all facets of life. Using her unique background, Tracee is able to view a client’s situation from every angle, resulting in the most favorable outcome for the client.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration-Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Tracee has used her experiences to position herself as one of the leaders within L.L. Bradford. In her roles as Consulting Manager, she not only assists clients, but she serves as a role model for the rest of the team.

As Consulting Manager at LL Bradford, Debra applies over 25 years of diversified public accounting experience  in providing services to clients, including accounting systems and procedures, CFO services, tax planning and financial projections.  She also is involved in the preparation of Federal and state tax returns and  public company reporting.

Born and raised in Western Massachusetts, Debra’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting, magna cum laude, from Fitchburg State College, as well as a Masters Degree in Professional Accounting – Controllership, summa cum laude, from Strayer University.  She worked for  regional accounting firms in Massachusetts before moving to the Las Vegas area and joining LL Bradford in 2005.  Debra has passed all four sections of the Uniform CPA exam and is currently in the process of  completing the necessary audit hours to obtain her CPA status in Nevada.  She has been an AICPA member since 2007 and was listed in the 2009-2010 Cambridge Who’s Who Registry of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs.

Nick Patel is the Accounting and Bookkeeping Manager at L.L. Bradford, where he uses his wealth of knowledge in those areas to continuously benefit his clients.  In this capacity, Nick also oversees the Nevada Corporate Headquarters clients that L.L. Bradford provides tax and bookkeeping services for.  Additionally, Nick plays an important role in putting together financial projections, budgets, forecasts, and business plans for clients.

Born and raised in India, Nick completed his schooling there with a Master’s Degree before coming to the United States.  He has lived in the Las Vegas area for the past 6 years, 5 ½ of which have been spent working in public accounting.  Nick has passed the CPA exam, and is currently in the process of completing audit hours to obtain his licensing.

In his role with L.L. Bradford, Cedric Tillman is a manager in the tax department.  He provides clients with tax preparation and review services. Additionally, Cedric uses his tax knowledge in working individually with all of his clients to effectively meet all their tax planning and consulting needs.

A native of Mississippi, Cedric graduated in 1993 from Alcorn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.  Prior to beginning his career as an accountant, Cedric was a wide receiver in the National Football League for 6 years, playing for the Denver Broncos and the Jacksonville Jaguars.  After retiring from the NFL, he spent two years with an accounting firm in Colorado before joining L.L. Bradford, where he has worked for the past ten years.
